Zhong Cong

Zhong Cong is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in test automation and software development. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer in Test at Edmentum since July 2023, Zhong previously worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an SDET (L6) from October 2022 to June 2023. Prior roles include Lead Software Engineer in Test and Sr. Software Engineer in Test at Coupa Software, Software Engineer/QA Automation Engineer at UPMC, and Software Engineer in Test at FTI Consulting, where automation testing for e-discovery software was a key focus. Additionally, Zhong held positions at M*Modal and ECI Telecom, where responsibilities included automation testing for healthcare software and management suites. Zhong holds a Master's degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Beihang University.
