Toan Nguyen is an experienced IT Technician at Edmonds Community College since April 2013, specializing in resolving technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software, and providing support to staff members. Additionally, Toan has been part of Staples as an EasyTech since June 2012, assisting customers with technology products, troubleshooting computer issues, and performing hardware upgrades. Toan holds an Associate of Technical Arts degree in Network Technology with a focus on Network and System Administration from Edmonds College, completed in 2013.
