Amanda Frigon

Amanda Frigon serves as the Fair Director for Explore Edmonton Corporation since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in event management from prior roles at Northlands, where multiple positions were held including Fair Director, Manager of Event Operations, and Festivals Manager. Amanda also held the position of Special Events & Community Relations Manager for the Grand Prix of Edmonton and Rexall Edmonton Indy from 2006 to 2010. An early career included the role of Event Coordinator for the World Masters Games 2005. Amanda's educational background includes a Special Events & Tourism Certificate from Lakeland College and completion of the Institute of Fair Management graduate program through the International Association of Fairs and Expositions from 2014 to 2021.
