Francesca Pick

Francesca Pick is a seasoned professional in collaborative structures and community organizing, currently serving as a Founding Partner at Greaterthan, where the focus is on transforming organizing methods for healthier systems. Since February 2017, Francesca has been a Co-Steward at Cobudget, a platform for alternative funding methods, and a Fellow with the Edmund Hillary Fellowship, fostering impactful entrepreneurship in New Zealand. Francesca is also a Member of Enspiral, contributing to its global development efforts, and has been an active contributor and Co-editor with OuiShare, promoting systemic change through collaborative initiatives since 2012. Additionally, Francesca offers expertise as a Speaker and Consultant on various topics, including distributed leadership and community coordination.
