Linda M. Fonner, CPA has extensive work experience in various financial and leadership roles. Linda M. is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Edmund Optics, a leading global optical solutions company. Prior to that, they served as an Independent Corporate Board Director and Audit Committee member at HashWatt, Inc., a US-based Bitcoin mining development company. Linda also acted as a Member of the Board of Advisors at TrainedArrow, a digital learning platform. Linda M. previously held the position of Global Chief Financial Officer at Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd., an international private company in the financial services industry. Linda's experience also includes serving as the Director of Finance & Controlling for Southeast Asia and India, as well as the Managing Director for Singapore, at Atotech Group, a Europe-headquartered chemical company. Earlier in their career, they held various financial and auditing roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, West Pharmaceutical Services, Vesuvius, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, and BNY Mellon.

Linda M. Fonner, CPA, obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1986 to 1989. In 2002 to 2003, they pursued further education at MIS Training Institute, specializing in Information Systems Technology - Audit. Additionally, Linda has obtained multiple certifications, including Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in November 2003, Certified Internal System Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in June 2004, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from PICPA in May 2017. Linda M. also holds certifications in risk management assurance, fraud examination, compliance and ethics, project management, and blockchain fundamentals from various reputable institutions. Most recently, Linda obtained a Certificate in Private Company Governance from the Private Directors Association in October 2022.
