Timothy Paul Kennedy has a diverse work experience across various roles and companies. Timothy Paul started their career as a Sales Intern at Southwestern Company, where they managed sales through door-to-door approaches. Later, at Stryker Endoscopy, they worked as an Optical Engineer, developing new grinding devices and testing processes for endoscopes.

In 2000, Kennedy joined Edmund Optics as an Application Engineer and later became a Project Manager. Timothy Paul then took on various leadership positions, including Marketing Director of Edmund Optics Singapore, President of Edmund Optics Korea, and Director of Product Development of Edmund Optics Shenzhen.

Their most recent roles at Edmund Optics include Sales Director for Asia, Managing Director for Edmund Optics Japan, and currently, the Vice President of Global Sales. Throughout their career, Kennedy has demonstrated skills in sales, marketing, management, international business, and strategic planning.

Timothy Paul Kennedy pursued their education with a diverse range of academic experiences. In 1995, they started their undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona, where they completed a Bachelor of Science in Optical Engineering in 1999.

Their interest in languages led him to enroll in the Global Exchange Center in 2007, where they focused on studying Chinese language for a brief period. Additionally, from 2008 to 2010, they attended the Coto Japanese Academy - Language School Tokyo to develop their proficiency in the Japanese language.

In 2019, Timothy embarked on a new educational journey by enrolling in INSEAD to pursue a Global Executive MBA (GEMBA'21). Timothy Paul dedicated himself to this program until 2021, earning their Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the prestigious institution.

During their time at INSEAD, Timothy also obtained several certificates to enhance their professional skills. Timothy Paul completed the INSEAD - Design Thinking and Creativity for Business program in January 2021, and acquired the certification in Innovation in the Age of Disruption in October 2020, both from INSEAD.
