Dwayne Gutzmer is an experienced professional with a robust background in education and management. Currently serving as an Adjunct Lecturer at Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts since January 2022, Dwayne has also been the Chief Executive Officer and Project Manager at the Institute of Law & Economics since October 2009.
