Evelyn Castro

Evelyn Castro is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in curriculum development and instructional improvement. Currently serving as the Founding Principal at Ednovate Inc since July 2015 and as a Fisher Fellow Partner at the KIPP Foundation, Evelyn has previously held significant roles including Assistant Principal at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, where responsibilities included supervising multiple departments and training staff on curriculum advancements. Evelyn co-founded Rising-inner City Students through Education, designed a successful summer school program, and served on the TCRP Advisory Panel. With expertise in educating diverse student populations, Evelyn also contributed to Teach For America as a Corps Member Advisor and Campus Campaign Coordinator. Evelyn holds an Administrative Credential, a Master of Arts in Education Policy and Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Spanish, and Women’s Studies, all from reputable institutions.
