Rick Fechner

Rick Fechner is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently, as Director of Facilities at Edo, Rick leads the development and operation of the South Landing Eco District Central Plant and oversees initiatives such as PowerEd and Net Zero certification at the Catalyst facility. Previously, Rick served as Senior Facilities Manager for Spokane County, where major capital improvement projects revitalized multiple county buildings. Rick also held the position of Principal Commissioning Consultant at Facility Consultants Inc, providing valuable assessments and efficiency strategies for notable clients. Earlier roles include Association Facilities Director at YMCA of the Inland Northwest and Director of Facilities at Cavanaugh's Hospitality Corporation, along with technical roles including Journeyman Industrial Electrician at Boeing and Marine Engineer 1st Class at UniSea, Inc. Rick holds an Associate of Science degree in HVAC Design and Operation from Spokane Colleges.
