Sukhbir Sachar

Sukhbir Sachar has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having held various managerial positions over the years. sukhbir started their career at Denny's as a District Manager in 1994 and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2011, Sukhbir worked at Wendy's Restaurants of Canada as a District Manager. In 2011, they joined Edojapan as a Regional Operations Manager and remained in that position until 2021. Currently, Sukhbir Sachar holds the role of Director of Operations at Edo Japan.

Sukhbir Sachar started their education journey at Sydenham College in 1983, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree for the first year. In 1984, they joined Blackpool & Fylde College, focusing on Hotel, Catering & Institutional Management. sukhbir completed their studies at Blackpool & Fylde College in 1987, obtaining a degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
