Keith Tay

Keith Tay, CPA (Aust.), currently serves as Manager of Group M&A at edotco Group since July 2020. Previously, Keith held various positions at EY from September 2014 to July 2020, including Manager and Assistant Manager in Mergers & Acquisitions within Transaction Advisory Services, and Senior Audit Associate focusing on financial services. Responsibilities included auditing in banking, asset management, and investment holding companies, as well as preparing submission packages for Bank Negara Malaysia. Earlier roles included Account Executive at IQUE Design Sdn Bhd and Management Trainee at UOB. Keith obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking, Finance & Economics from Monash University Malaysia and completed the CPA Australia Program.
