António Inácio

António Inácio is an accomplished professional in digital customer experience with extensive experience at EDP since October 2016, where roles have included Deputy Director of Digital Experience & Adoption, Head of Digital Customer Experience, Digital Customer Experience Lead, and Digital Customer Experience Manager. Prior to EDP, António gained valuable experience at Portugal Telecom from September 2011 to October 2016, serving as both Senior Consultant and Consultant. António holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, completed between 2009 and 2011, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Networks Engineering from the same institution, earned from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, António furthered education at INSEAD from 2020 to 2021.
