Cláudia Cruz

Cláudia Cruz currently serves as a Learning & Development Partner at EDP, having joined the company in November 2020. Cláudia previously held the position of Field Manager at Bô Energia, where efforts focused on introducing sawdust briquettes in kitchens in São Tomé and Príncipe. Prior experience at EDP from October 2018 to October 2019 involved managing development and training initiatives, particularly in e-learning content production. Cláudia also worked as an Exhibition Assistant Manager at Run & Slide from 2014 to October 2018, overseeing numerous shows and honing leadership and teamwork skills. An early career role as a First Aid Monitor at EDP Vacation Fields began at age 18. Cláudia's brief experience as an HR Trainee at Wyser involved various recruitment tasks. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology and a Licentiate degree in Psychology, both from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
