Carlos B.

Carlos B. is currently the Group Data Protection Officer at eDreams ODIGEO since September 2018 and serves as an academic collaborator in Digital Law at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya since January 2020. Carlos has extensive experience in legal roles, including as a Senior Business Lawyer at T-Systems Iberia, focusing on privacy, ICT, and IP laws, and as an ICT & Litigation Lawyer at ECIJA, where responsibilities included protecting the interests of major software companies. Additionally, Carlos collaborated academically at ESADE Business & Law School in Legal Theory and Argumentation from 2011 to 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Labour Law and International Law from Esade, and a Bachelor of Laws from the same institution, among others.
