Luis Valladares

Luis Valladares is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software architecture and development. Currently serving as a Senior Java Software Engineer at eDreams ODIGEO since July 2023, Luis oversees the deployment and productionalization of machine learning models while ensuring platform scalability and reliability. Prior to this role, Luis worked at ToogleBox as a Software Architect from October 2017 to June 2023, where responsibilities included designing an internal-use ERP system and enhancing outdated codebases. Previous positions include roles as a Full Stack Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Representaciones Metamax, where Luis designed an API-centric hotel management application and utilized Docker for service deployment. Additionally, experience as an Independent Consultant involved developing a web application for the insurance and maritime cargo industry. Luis holds a degree in Computer Science from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
