Steve Emerson

Steve Emerson is a Software Developer and Data Analyst currently working at Newfields since May 2022 and at NCIGF since July 2021. With a solid background in education, Steve served as a Computer Science Teacher at Hamilton Southeastern School Corporation from August 2004 to July 2021, where curriculum focused on programming fundamentals in JavaScript and Python. Additionally, Steve taught Mathematics, including Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, and Statistics, to high school students. Prior experience includes teaching seventh-grade mathematics and serving as a Technology Coordinator at Carmel Junior High from August 1998 to June 2004. Steve holds a Master of Science in Education from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from Purdue University.
