Since December 2014, Fadnes has been the Executive Chairman of Teresoft and the CEO of Piemontegirl, which aims to democratize wine appreciation through media and e-commerce. Additionally, Fadnes is the Founder and CEO of Mantenere, and has held various board and executive roles, including at Komplett AS, Trade Tech AS, and Oiltec Solutions AS. Fadnes’ educational background includes studies at The University of Manchester and St Olav VGS.
