Mike Zitelli

Mike Zitelli is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Vice President of Business Affairs for the Americas at Edrington since June 2014. At Edrington, Mike advises on all legal aspects of the company’s operations, focused on prominent spirit brands such as The Macallan and Highland Park. Additionally, Mike holds titles of Vice President of Legal and Corporate Affairs and Corporate Counsel at The Macallan, and General Counsel at Wyoming Whiskey, where responsibilities include oversight of business operations and strategy. Prior legal experience includes a role as a Corporate Attorney at Reed Smith LLP, handling complex transaction work, and a law clerk position at the National Football League, providing legal support on labor and employment matters. Mike holds a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and a B.S. in Sport Management and Economics from the State University of New York Cortland.
