Damone Sr. Buxton

Damone Sr. Buxton has been working in the field of e-learning development since 2021, when they began working at eDriving™. Before that, they were the Principle/CEO of D2 Training Solutions LLC from 2018 to 2020. During this time they also worked as a Project Manager/ID at d'Vinci Interactive and an Instructional Designer at The Hershey Company. From 2015 to 2020, they were a Solutions Specialist at Deloitte, where they were a Web-based Training Developer and worked in GPS system implementation support in multiple states. Finally, from 1996 to 2015, they were a Training Analyst at First Quality, where they were the Web-Based Training and Development lead for the company's McElhattan branch and was involved in on-boarding and creating and facilitating leadership development courses for all levels of employees.

Damone Sr. Buxton attended Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. Damone Sr. then attended the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.
