Director UK Customer Success at eDriving

Helen Hudson has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Director of UK Customer Success at eDriving since March 2009. Previously, Helen held various roles including Senior Customer Success Manager overseeing Channel Partnerships and leading the UK Academy, along with roles such as Licence Check Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager. Earlier positions included New Build Coordinator at SIG Trading, Help Desk Analyst at Jewson, and Customer Service Advisor/Fleet Assistant at Nu-Swift. Prior to eDriving, Helen gained experience in various temporary roles at Primetime Employment.
