John Coaxum has a wealth of experience in customer service, sales, and management. john began their career in 2004 as a Team Leader/Trainer at PhoneNet Inc. In 2007, they moved to Direct Contact Media Inc, where they were a Team Leader, then a Sales Agent in 2008. In 2011, they became a Sales Director at Portnology Inc, and then a Director of Sales at RELIABLE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT GROUP in 2013. That same year, they also became a GM/TRAINING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE at THSD INC. In 2014, they joined Vida Divina con Jörg Tiedemann as a Vision Partner. Most recently, they have been a Customer Service Representative at eDriving since 2015.

John Coaxum attended Hampton University from 1985 to 1987, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2006 and 2007, they completed a Certification course on Administrative Duties at STRIVE, with a focus on Communication, General. john also holds a diploma from Phila school of performing arta in Voice and Opera.
