Mariana Aguirre is the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. In addition to this role, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and was the owner/manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also practiced as a nutritionist in a private consulting firm from February 2016 to 2019 and taught applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
