Dana Lucisano currently serves as a Training Facilitator at EDSI, where responsibilities include designing job readiness training, providing operational support, and coordinating learning management system maintenance. Previous experience includes working as a Travel Trainer for the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority, facilitating training to enhance comfort with mass transit, and holding a long-term position as a Reference Librarian at Silas Bronson Library, where significant training and instructional duties were performed. Early career experience includes a role as a Reference Librarian at Burritt Library, focusing on research assistance and bibliographic skills training.
