Hilda Dijkstra

Hilda Dijkstra is an experienced Scrum Master currently working at Energie Data Services Nederland (EDSN) since December 2022. Prior to this role, Hilda served as an Agile Coach and SAFe transformation coach at MFFBAS from April 2022 to November 2022, where responsibilities included implementing the SAFe way of working and guiding the transition to Agile methods. Hilda's previous experience includes managing external recruitment and program controls for the Allocatie 2.0 program at Vereniging Nederlandse EnergieDataUitwisseling (NEDU) from July 2018 to March 2022, as well as facilitating data exchange processes. Additional roles involved project management and portfolio management at organizations such as TenneT, Liander, and Liandon, as well as consulting positions at Zestgroup. Hilda holds a Master's Degree in Business Development from the University of Groningen.
