Tatiana Constandse

Tatiana Constandse has extensive experience in management consulting and agile business development, currently serving as an agile portfolio manager at Energie Data Services Nederland since July 2020. Previously, Tatiana held various roles at WIN from 2008 to 2021, including management consultant, trainer, and co-founder of the agile practice and consulting team. Responsibilities included long-term improvements in project organizations and addressing short-term advisory needs. Other significant positions include chair of the IPMA community from 2017 to 2020, process manager at Nederlandse Spoorwegen, and PMO lead at Alliander. Tatiana has enhanced project management practices across various organizations and holds numerous certifications in agile methodologies and project management. Educational qualifications include studies at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and multiple agile and project management certifications.
