Maksym Detkov has a solid work experience in the maritime industry, starting in 2013 as a 3rd Engineer at EDT Offshore. Maksym then worked as a 3rd Engineer at Atlas Professionals in 2015 before returning to EDT Offshore as a 2nd Engineer from 2020 to 2022.
In 2016, Maksym joined TOS - Energy & Maritime Crew as an EOOW (Engineer Officer of the Watch), and stayed with them until 2019. Maksym then worked at Boskalis as an EOOW for a few months before joining Solstad Offshore ASA as a 2nd Engineer in May 2022.
Their latest position is as a Chief Engineer at EDT Offshore, starting in September 2022.
Maksym Detkov completed their education as follows. Maksym started their educational journey at the Maritime College of Technical Fleet from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Junior Bachelor's degree. Maksym then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree at Odesa National Maritime University from 2016 to 2019. Continuing their academic pursuits, Maksym completed their Master's degree at the same university from 2020 to 2021.
