Raducu Cristian Pletea is a maritime professional with extensive experience in various roles, primarily as 2nd Mate and Dynamic Positioning Operator (DPO). Pletea has worked for EDT Offshore since February 2019, previously holding similar positions at Van Oord, Boskalis Nederland, and Fugro. Experience includes maintaining vessel positioning and navigation duties, along with the correction of publications and charts. Pletea's maritime career began at EDT Shipmanagement, where duties evolved from Seaman to various leadership roles. Educational qualifications include a Diplomat Engineer degree in Maritime Transport from UMC and earlier studies at LMM "A.I.Cuza" Com.
