Nandagopan Sobha has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career in 2009 as a Human Resources Executive at RM Education Solutions India Pvt Ltd, where they focused on onboarding and induction processes. In 2014, they moved on to become an HR and Payroll Manager at AlphaVista Services Inc., where they managed the overall functionalities of both departments. From 2016 to 2020, Nandagopan worked as an HR Manager at DMI (Digital Management, LLC), specifically handling HR information systems and acting as a single point of contact for ADP WorkforceNow. Currently, they are working as an Associate Director of Human Resources at EdTheory, where they oversee HR and payroll processes, employee engagement, and retention.
Nandagopan Sobha earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering, Pappanamcode, Thiruvananthapuram between 2004 and 2008. Nandagopan then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Cincinnati from 2012 to 2014.
