Ganesh Iyer

Ganesh Iyer has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of training and development. Ganesh began their career at Angel Broking in 2007, where they worked as an E-Training specialist for two years. After that, they joined Reliance Communications as a Technical Trainer and was responsible for training customer care executives on various topics, including product knowledge, sales skills, and soft skills. Ganesh then moved on to NSB Group of Companies in 2014, where they worked as a Project Manager for three years. In 2017, Ganesh joined Teleperformance as an Assistant Manager Training & Development, where they managed the training delivery team for a major insurance provider. During their time there, they oversaw the development and delivery of training programs and managed a team of trainers. In 2019, Ganesh joined STARTEK as a Training Manager, where they designed and delivered customized learning solutions for clients in the BFSI Sales & Service segment. Currently, Ganesh is serving as the Assistant Vice President and General Manager - Training Excellence at EduBridge Learning Pvt. Ltd., where they aim to empower the youth with the knowledge and competencies they need to achieve their personal and professional goals.
