Paula Oliveira Terres

Paula Oliveira Terres has extensive experience in customer experience and relationship management, currently serving as Diretora de Relacionamento at Educa Mais Brasil since December 2017. Prior to this role, Paula held the position of Director of Admissions and Outreach at Pan American School of Bahia from June 2005 to November 2017, where responsibilities included managing school marketing and community outreach. Experience also includes managerial roles at TV Cidade and PSINet, focusing on sales management and business strategy in the telecommunications sector. Paula holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master in Customer Experience Management from ESPM and a Master of Arts in Culture and Society from Universidade Federal da Bahia.
