Ahmed Galal Omara is an experienced training specialist with a strong background in communication and soft skills training across various sectors. Currently serving as a Training Specialist at Etisalat Global Services, Ahmed delivers training methodologies to diverse groups, including SMEs and non-trainers, while enhancing customer service skills. Concurrently, Ahmed works as a Communication Trainer at the Academy, focusing on educating trainees with no formal education.
