Sarah Heines

Sarah Heines is an experienced professional currently serving as an Online Learning Facilitator at Harvard Business School since August 2021, where responsibilities include supporting faculty and managing live events for international student cohorts. Previously, Sarah held the role of Curriculum Development & Engagement Specialist for the Community Resilience Campaign at Silver Hill Hospital from October 2022 to September 2025, successfully scaling workshop reach and implementing evidence-based curricula. With a diverse background at Silver Hill Hospital from 2013 to 2021, roles included Unit Clerk and Psychiatric Technician, focusing on patient care and administrative support. Additionally, Sarah co-owned Greenwich Martial Arts- Devita Karate, emphasizing health and competition in Tang Soo Do, and served as an Instructor at Valley Karate LLC prior to that. Academically, Sarah holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Marist University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Mount Saint Mary College.
