Kelvin Wainaina is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Regional Recruiting Senior Associate at Educate!, where the mission focuses on equipping African youth with essential skills for success in today's economy. Prior to this role, Kelvin held several positions at CloudFactory, including Talent Acquisition Lead and Associate Manager, specializing in the full recruitment lifecycle to connect individuals in the developing world to digital-age opportunities. Kelvin's earlier experience at Duma Works involved positions as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Client Support Specialist, and Sales and Marketing Representative, enhancing recruitment processes and supporting user needs. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Science at The Open University of Kenya, Kelvin also holds a Diploma in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science from Tracom College.
