Lydia Floyd

Lydia (Chodnicki) Floyd, CPP has a strong background in payroll management, having worked in various roles throughout their career. Lydia began their journey as a Payroll Manager at Rutter's in 2003, where they successfully managed payroll for two separate companies and handled approximately 1200 employees. During their time there, they also played a key role in budget preparation and served as the administrator for 401k participants and loans.

In 2008, Lydia joined Glatfelter as a Payroll Manager, overseeing payroll processing for North America facilities and managing a team of 2000+ employees, including those in Canada. Lydia utilized Ceridian HPW for efficient payroll processing and also managed the Accounts Payable department.

Lydia's most recent role was as the Director of Payroll at Education Affiliates. Starting in 2010, they took charge of creating and managing payroll processes for 51 separate entities nationwide, with a total of 4000 employees. Lydia'srole included implementing and managing the ADP Vantage HCM software, ensuring compliance with FLSA and DOL regulations, and overseeing ongoing enhancements and upgrades for the product.

Lydia (Chodnicki) Floyd, CPP, has a strong educational background in Accounting and Human Resources. In 1990, they attended YTI Career Institute, where they studied Accounting for two years. Lydia then pursued further education at York College of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 2001, focusing on Accounting. Recently, from 2018 to 2020, Lydia attended Capella University, studying Human Resources. In addition to their education, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association in December 2016, and Certified Payroll Specialist for ADP Vantage HCM from ADP in March 2020.
