Alex Grossi

Alex Grossi has extensive work experience in the IT operations field. Alex currently holds the position of IT Operations Coordinator at Education Centre of Australia since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked at DXC Technology from 2016 to 2019 as an Operations and Governance Leader, responsible for managing IT operations in a distribution centre environment. From 2007 to 2016, Alex was an ANZ Site Leader at Hewlett Packard Australia, leading a team that provided desktop support services for a global customer. Alex also held various roles at Hewlett-Packard, including End User Computing Manager from 2006 to 2007 and Managed Desktop Specialist from 2002 to 2006.

Alex Grossi has a Bachelor of Business degree from Western Sydney University. Additionally, they have obtained a CCNA - Routing & Switching certification from Cisco in April 2015.
