Hozaifa Khambati

Hozaifa Khambati has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Hozaifa started their career as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services in 2013 and worked there until 2014. In 2016, they completed a summer internship at Perfetti Van Melle. Hozaifa then joined Perfetti Van Melle as a Management Trainee in 2017, where they gained extensive insight into General Trade and Marketing domains. Hozaifa also received training in various levels of sales management and territory handling. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Sales Manager at Perfetti Van Melle before being appointed as a Regional Sales Development Manager for West and South India in 2019. In this role, they were responsible for business development, sales infrastructure, and route-to-market strategies. Hozaifa also played a key role in driving sales force automation and improving efficiency in ways of working. In 2021, they joined Danone India as a National Sales Development Manager, where they were responsible for developing sales strategies on a national level. Currently, they are working as a Business Development Officer at Education Centre of Australia, starting from March 2023.

Hozaifa Khambati completed their education in a chronological order. Hozaifa obtained their Master of Business Administration(MBA) degree in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering(BE) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication (EXTC) from Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering from 2009 to 2013. Hozaifa completed their HSC from Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and A.J. College of Commerce and Economics in the field of Science from 2007 to 2009. Hozaifa completed their ICSE from Lilavatibai Podar High School, Mumbai in the field of Science from 1997 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Hozaifa has obtained several certifications. Hozaifa received a Capstone Business Simulation certification from CAPSIM in November 2016. In October 2016, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Certification, Green Belt from KPMG India. In June 2016, they obtained a Markstrat certification from StratX. Besides, they have core Java certification from NIIT Limited which they obtained in June 2013. Hozaifa also holds an Oracle Certified Java Professional (OCJP 1Z0-851) certification from Oracle, acquired in June 2013.
