Tom Keily has extensive experience in policy analysis and education, currently serving as Principal at the Education Commission of the States since January 2018, after progressing through roles as Senior Policy Analyst, Policy Analyst, and Policy Researcher. Prior to this, Tom worked at the Western New York Law Center from November 2014 to January 2018, taking on roles including Research and Policy Consultant and Consumer Data and Research Coordinator. Tom's career began at the University School of Milwaukee from August 2010 to June 2013 as an In-House Substitute. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and a minor in Economics from the University of Denver, a Master of Science in Secondary Education from Canisius University, and ongoing studies towards a Master of Public Policy at the University of Denver - Josef Korbel School of International Studies.
