Senior Design Principal at Education Elements

Allie Weiss has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Allie started their career as a Language Arts Teacher at MSD Pike Township in 2005, before moving on to work as an English Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools from 2007 to 2011. During that time, they also served as a Summer Academic Advisor at Indiana University Bloomington from 2014 to 2017. In 2006, they worked as a Public Affairs Manager at National Strategies.

In 2011, Allie joined Indiana University Bloomington as a PhD Candidate, Graduate Research Assistant, and Associate Instructor, a position they held until 2019. Additionally, they served as a Cheerleading Coach at Paul VI High School from 2010 to 2011.
