Jenni Tonti

Jenni Tonti has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Jenni began their career in 2004 as the Finance and Business Director at Habonim Dror North America, where they managed budgets, educational programs, and logistics. From 2006 to 2007, they served as a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs at the Coro Center for Civic Leadership. Jenni then worked as a Consultant at the Hannah Senesh Community Day School, the United Way of New York City, and Fiscal Management Associates, LLC. In 2011, they served as an Operational Growth Summer Fellow at Level Playing Field Institute at Education Pioneers. In 2012, they joined Scholarus Learning as the VP Finance and Operations. In 2016, they transitioned to Education Elements, where they held various finance roles, including Finance Manager, Finance Director, and Senior Director of Finance and Administration. Jenni currently holds the position of VP Finance and Operations at Education Elements. In 2021, they became a Founding Member at Chief, a private network built to empower women leaders.
