Sarah Baver has a diverse work experience in the education field. Sarah is currently a Senior Design Principal at Education Elements, where they collaborate with others to design equitable and just educational experiences for students. Before that, they held the same position at Scholarus Learning. Prior to their role in the private sector, Sarah served as the Director of Regional Design at Teach For America for three years. Sarah also worked as a Teacher Education Field Advisor at Harvard University Graduate School of Education and as a Site-System Coach at The Reimagining Integration: Diverse and Equitable Schools Project (RIDES). Sarah's early teaching experience includes being an English Teacher at Teach For America and serving as the Director of Coaching and Institute at the Arkansas Teacher Corps.
Sarah Baver pursued their education at St. Lawrence University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from 2008 to 2012. In 2017, they went on to attend the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where they completed a Master of Education degree in Learning and Teaching: Instructional Leadership in 2018.
