Rachel Bello

Rachel Bello is a highly experienced education professional currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Education First Consulting since June 2023. Prior to this, Rachel held significant leadership roles, including Senior Director of Design and Development at the Bank Street College of Education, where Rachel oversaw an $11.2 million grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and designed impactful professional learning initiatives. Rachel also directed efforts at Springpoint and the NYC Department of Education, where responsibilities included developing training materials for teacher evaluation and facilitating professional learning. With a strong foundation in education and curriculum development, Rachel earned a BA in American History and Literature from Harvard University, a MAT in Secondary English Education from Brown University, and an SBL Certification from The College of Saint Rose.
