Nicole Medina Do has a diverse background in education and school administration. Nicole began their career in 2010 as a Founding 3rd Grade Teacher at Dailey Charter School. In 2012, they transitioned to Education for Change Public Schools, where they served as a 3rd Grade Teacher until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Nicole was an Assistant Principal at the same school. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Education for Change Public Schools.

Nicole Medina Do received their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology & Education from the University of California, Berkeley, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Teaching Credential in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at California State University, Fresno from 2008 to 2009.
