Faleca M. Dawson, MSOL, MSHRM has had a progressive career in the field of education and administration. Faleca M. started their work experience as an Admissions Coordinator at Oral Roberts University in 2001, transitioning to a Senior Program Coordinator at Tulsa Community College in 2002. Faleca M. then fulfilled the role of Program Administrator at Barthelmes Conservatory of Music in 2003.

In 2006, they joined Community Care College, Clary Sage, and Oklahoma Technical College as a Registrar, where they excelled for five years. Their most recent position is as a Corporate Director of Registrar at Education Futures Group, LLC, a role that they started in April 2011 and still currently holds.
