Deborah Paine

Deborah Paine is currently serving as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Education Horizons. Prior to this, Deborah held various roles at Deloitte Australia from July 2010 to April 2021, including Director, Talent, Senior Manager, and Manager in the People & Performance department. Before their time at Deloitte, Deborah worked at Foster's Group from May 2003 to July 2010, where Deborah held the position of HR Manager in different areas. From 1999 to 2003, Deborah was employed at Coles Myer, where Deborah held roles such as National HR Planning Manager and Customer Relationship Manager. Deborah graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1997 with a Bachelor of Social Science after completing their education at Melbourne Girl's Grammar from 1980 to 1992.
