Kathryn Rooney is a Senior Researcher at Education Northwest, managing evaluations of federally-funded programs in Alaska and conducting research on culturally-responsive instruction. With previous experience at Augenblick, Palaich and Associates, Inc. and the Educational Policy Research Center, Kathryn has a strong background in education research and program evaluation. Kathryn holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy Analysis and Psychology from Pomona College.
