Sam Riggs

Principal Researcher at Education Northwest

Sam Riggs is a Principal Researcher at Education Northwest since November 2019. Prior to this role, they worked at Penn State University from 2015 to 2019 as the Coordinator of Programming at the Academic Leadership Academy and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for the Study of Higher Education. Additionally, they served as the President of the Higher Education Student Association. Before their time at Penn State, they held various admissions roles at University of Puget Sound from 2009 to 2015. They also worked as an Instructor at Outward Bound USA from 2008 to 2010. Sam Riggs holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy from University of Puget Sound.
