Sara Goldrick-Rab is currently an adjunct professor at the Community College of Philadelphia, teaching Sociology 101. Sara is also the founder and CEO of EduOptimists LLC, providing consulting services for institutions of higher education and social scientists. In addition, Sara serves as a strategic advisor at College Housing Northwest, a columnist at Diverse: Issues In Higher Education, and an educational consultant at various organizations such as the Association of Community College Trustees and Fresno City College. With a PhD in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania, Sara has a strong background in postsecondary issues and is dedicated to supporting college students through initiatives like Believe in Students.
