Steve Klein

Steve Klein currently serves as the Center Director at Education Northwest, a position held since September 2018, where responsibilities include directing research and evaluation studies aimed at enhancing educational and career transitions for youth and adults. With a strong background in education policy, Klein has previously held significant roles, including Director of the Center for Career & Adult Education and Workforce Development at RTI International, and Director at MPR Associates, Inc. Klein's expertise encompasses college and career readiness, educational accountability systems, and education-to-workforce transitions. Klein's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Education Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA/MS Ed in Biology/Educational Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Klein served as a Board Member for Riverdale School District 51J and as a high school teacher at Friends Select School early in the career.
