Vicky Cummings

Vicky Cummings is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Interim Director of People at Education Partnership North East since February 2022, where responsibilities include managing a project to harmonize HR policies following a merger of FE colleges. Previously, Vicky served at the University of Sunderland from September 2010 to March 2022 in various roles, including Assistant HR Business Partner, providing HR support to approximately 500 employees, and HR Shared Service Team Leader, overseeing a team of HR Business Support staff. Vicky holds a Diploma in Business Management and Development from Northumbria University and a CIPD Level 3 qualification in Human Resources Management from Newcastle College, and is currently pursuing a Higher Degree Apprenticeship in Senior People Professional at Northumbria University.
