Paul Garrod

Paul Garrod is an experienced People and Culture Business Partner currently working at Education Payroll since November 2022, where responsibilities include advising on people-related matters and mentoring leaders. Previously, Paul served as a People & Leadership Advisor at Education Payroll, providing generalist HR support across various business units. At Mojo Coffee, from February 2020 to November 2022, Paul was the HR & Operations Manager, overseeing HR for over 120 employees during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, and was recognized as Top Manager for managing the highest grossing cafe in 2020. Earlier experiences include roles as a Scuba Diving Instructor at PADI and Venue Manager in hospitality at ARK Group and JD Wetherspoon. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Lincoln.
